
What is Circle of Sisters?
Circle of Sisters is part of the Community Benefit Department of the St. Joseph Health System in Sonoma County. Circle of Sisters aims to improve the health and quality of life for girls aged 9-14 and their families via positive experiences and improved access to resources.
What does Circle of Sisters provide?
Circle of Sisters is a free after-school program that meets throughout the school year. During this time, COS volunteers and group facilitators work with local girls addressing issues like self-esteem, peer pressure, friendship, physical development, nutrition, gangs, violence, conflict resolution, and drug and alcohol awareness.
